With your subscription plan you will receive additionally both a maintenance package included were we fix-bugs and troubleshoot malfunctions immediately, and access to your own client account which will have an integrated dashboard with analytics, call recordings, transcripts, parsed per agent and per communication channel (e.g., Phone, Social media, website, etc.) – So you can see your agents usage and performance for yourself!
Each subscription offers a set amount of minutes (Voice agent) or tokens (Text agent) which will cover your agents' monthly activity, along with a maintenance package, systemic upgrades and additional features and benefits. You can cancel your subscription any time before the next monthly billing cycle.
We first have a discovery call to understand and explore what type of agent you need based on your priorities, pain points, goals and processes in place. We follow up with a suggested agent architecture and development milestone plan, once we align on the agent's functions we gather the necessary information you need the agent to have and start development.
We run weekly updates and offer workshops to gather your feedback in detail. The agent is rigorously tested and iterated throughout the development cycle before deployment to the market. We then stand alongside you once deployed and make the necessary adjustments to the agent as part of your maintenance plan.
